Big Government...

Iam an African American and I love President Obama just as much as any other liberal...but Mr. Clinton told us that big government was obsolete. I think Obama's campaign of "change" in these harsh economic times might be the rise of the "NEW SOCIAL ORDER". Love it or leave it

    Interesting, but what's the connection to America at war? Or opposition to war? Certainly wartime is a time of big government. A time when the American population is prepared to accept more government in their lives. There is a connection between nationalized health care and war: The British National Health system was created in the aftermath of WWII for example. Also the Veterans Administration nationalized health care for veterans would be another example.
